In order to solve a problem you need to follow Information Literacy Process. There are Big 6 steps for solving problems and they are:
- Task definition: you have to define the problem fist and what is required.
- Information seeking behavior : This is doing the research and finding the information from Books, Internet, journals, and many more other sources of information.
- Location and access: Ex. Get a magazine article from the library, and turn to the correct page for the relevant article.
- Synthesis: Organize information from different sources Decide how you will put together your notes and add your ideas and insights.
- Write a rough draft

- Draw a sketc
- Use of information:
- Continuum: Use to develop time lines and rating scales or to show historical progression.
